I am Ambriehl Crutchfield, a former journalist turned yoga instructor.
I support values-focused, fast-paced doers who want to replenish themselves and improve their connection to their community, nature, and self. I believe the more we care for our well-being, the more we can make a unique impact.
My yoga practice started as a way to get a low-impact workout and, over time, evolved into a sacred time to receive clarity, reduce anxiety, increase creativity, and connect with God. Mindfulness tools amplify my favorite pastimes, which include hiking, creating collages, reading, international travel, and spending time with loved ones.
My curiosity, passion for connection, and desire to amplify voices are the throughlines of my purpose. My expertise shows up in my approachable teaching style, rooted in research and feelings-approved ;). Each session’s sequence, music, and offerings are crafted to center on a timely intention.
